NZ Delivery
All orders received by 3.30 pm are dispatched by courier post or NZ Mail on the same day (excluding weekends and NZ Bank Holidays). Orders are sent out in plain packaging with just our return address – no logo.
All orders are shipped from NZ and times above are local.
Standard Delivery – $3.50 + Value is under $240.00
Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days from dispatch
Courier Post Delivery – $8.95 + Value is under $398.00
All other charges will be applied according to size and value of package.
We can send your order using Courier Post Next Day service which is guaranteed to get to you the next working day (subject to stock availability). Orders must be placed by 3.30pm Monday – Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery.
Next Day Delivery Exceptions:
• Orders placed after 3.30pm will arrive the second working day
• Orders placed on a Friday are guaranteed for Monday but maybe delivered on Saturday
• Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday – will arrive the second day.
International Delivery
For customers living outside the NZ the delivery will take 10-15 working days for orders sent Worldwide.
Orders will be sent out via NZ Post.
If order is on Back Order due to no stock we will email you and update you on arrival date.
Out Of Stock Items
If your item is out of stock, a message will appear at the time of ordering and again on your Order Confirmation email. If an item is out of stock and due within two weeks, we will hold the in-stock items until everything is available. If you would like us to ‘part-dispatch’ your order, please email [email protected] or call us on 0800 259 061 For items out of stock for longer than 2 weeks, we will automatically dispatch the items that are in stock. Please note that we will take full payment at the time the order is placed.
Tracking Your Order
Courier post can be tracked on the Courier post website.
You will receive your tracking information via your Order Confirmation email and if you provide a mobile number at the time of ordering you will also receive tracking information via text message. If you do not receive any tracking information please email [email protected] or call us on 021 848 646 for your specific tracking number.
